Description
He is on the south wall inside a Tent in the highly crowded Dark Elf camp not too far from Sisters and MM zoneline.
One hour respawn timer. Difficult fight for his level otherwise known as an 'Undercon'. Because as a Quest NPC he has pretty high MR and about 3x the normal HP for a creature of the same level. But very useful for a significant boost to a difficult to faction to improve The Dead compared to alternatives.
