Description

Spectres are foul, floating undead which wield scythes and wear black, hooded cloaks. Clearly a reference to the grim reaper. They can be found guarding several locations around Norrath that seem to be commonly associated with dark powers. They will flee under ~20% hp.

Oasis of Marr

You can find these spectres in and around the tower on the island in the center of the oasis proper.

Respawn time: 16 minutes and 30 seconds

The Feerrott

In the maze of tunnels near the portal to Plane of Fear.

Respawn time: 6 minutes and 40 seconds in Feerrott

Ocean of Tears

On the Haunted Island south of seafuries.

Respawn time: 6 minutes

Qeynos Aqueducts

Near the Temple of Bertoxxulous. These seem to be much stronger than other spectres.

Respawn time: 22 minutes
