Spawning Strategy:
Kill every fire beetle, decaying skeleton, skeleton, or brown bear in the valley. Each mob respawns on a 6:00 timer. A brown bear that is not a PH spawns at 2550,-1670. Any other brown bear is on the PH cycle. This PH brown bear has been sighted spawning at the known listed spawn points for Quid Rilstone.
