Description

Wanders near the Lake Rathe zone line area between the zone wall and up on the hill with the bandit camp. Succeeded in spawning him from killing only cyclopses, giant skeletons, and bears in the area (killing lizardmen was not necessary).

Spawn Time: 2hrs +/- 15min variation

Placeholder: A cyclops. Not any cyclops in the area, but specifically the one that spawns at the location noted above. There are four additional cyclops spawns (2 North of the hill and 2 South of the hill) that have nothing at all to do with Oculys. If there are cyclops up in the area, you can determine if one is the placeholder by watching them path. ONLY the placeholder will travel from the North end of the hill to the South end of the hill or vice versa. The other four will wander onto the hill but stop and go back where they came from.
