More HP than advertised?

The page states 10,7khp but that seems more in line with a level 50 kunark named mob. This guy is 52 and soloed him with a 70% hasted cursed hand and it felt like it took ~30% more time than other mobs I've soloed with 10k reported HP in similar situations.
