Incorrect Spawn Location

That information is from when I camped Blackwing. That is the exact location, and the static spawn that I killed until I obtained my Blackwing guts. I'm not saying he only spawns there, but that worked for me. And I haven't seen any patch changes updating Blackwing. If you have another location, could you please provide exact LOCs? - Falkun (Deajay) @ 2/6/2014 12:26PM

I can not provide exact locs. But I spent 3 hours in the location listed, there was no static spawn at all near n1700, p100. I killed EVERYTHING in area 20 for 3 hours. The moment I moved to Hill Giant hill and killed the singular drake there Blackwing was the next thing to spawn.
