Description
Spawns on any level of the Archon temple, including the surrounding grounds and also on top of the Avatar pyramid (has also been spotted on the ground here with roamer as PH).
Any pathing or static spawn may be a PH. He casts Heat Blood, Disease Cloud, and HTs for 321.
Drops decayed armor pieces required for Darkforge Armor Quests.
