Description
Lord Soptyvt spawns on the altar in the middle of the other evil eye spawns. He is an enchanter. He casts Tashani, Languid Pace, Sanity Warp, a dot, and a charm. Pet has a lot of hit points. Solo'd him with a 35 druid kiting. Lord Sviir and Lord Syrtil can spawn to his left and right. 4-hour respawn.
Patch Change, Jun 24, 2014: Nilbog: Lord Soptyvr always drops his Lens. He also now procs Beholder Dispel.
