Find Keeper Bile in West Cabilis at location +270, 820, 18.
He wants you to collect some components for him. These are: Sabertooth Cub Canine (dropped from Sabertooth Cubs in LoIO), Large Scorpion Pincer (dropped from Large Scorpions in FoB), and 2 Brittle Iksar Skulls (dropped from decaying skeletons everywhere). Hand in these items and receive a reward.
Reward: Random low level spell and money
This quest is repeatable and is a good way to get your low level spells for free. It's also a good way to make a little money by selling the spells you don't need back to Keeper Bile.
