Swarm Mother is a event in North Karana. She has a swarm of swarmlings with her around lvl 10.. she was around level 35-36. Easy kill with trio. Dropped Fire Emerald Ring which vendored for 142pp. Can also drop a Ruby. Casts Rabies.
