NPC for the quest "The Sword of Nobility". You give her A Pendant which is received from Kanthuk Ogrebane in Butcherblock Mountains. This kicks off the conversation to advance the quest. In return she'll give you a Note to Ruathey which you need to deliver to an NPC in Lavastorm.
