Description
If you wander around the upper ridge near the Kael zone entrance, you have a chance to spawn either a group of level 50 Kromrif Death Squad or Tanik Greskil. In the former case you should run, but in the latter case you should hand Tanik your Vial of Velium Vapors. One confirmed p99 loc is (-6757, +4112). Another is (-5687, 3671). If your class uses pets, you can set your pet on 'Guard' and it will face the nearest spawn point (or nearest NPC, in case there is no spawn point near).
