Locating your logfile (Windows)

Typically, it is located in 

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest\Logs\

Windows 10

On more recent versions of Windows 10 (2017 and beyond), files are located in User Profile info: 

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Virtual Store\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest\Logs\

Other issues

Administrative privileges and User Account Control often mess with eqgame.exe. There are lots of helpful posts in the Technical Discussion forum.
