If you cannot find Faldor, it might be worth trying again later:

Nilbog: Faldor Hendrys spawns much less frequently and has a placeholder. - Patch Notes: Sunday, February 17th, 2013

If you speak to Elmion Hendrys, Faldor's brother in Dagnor's Cauldron - this may trigger Faldor to spawn in Qeynos. I did it and he spawned 40 -50 minutes later in north Qeynos. WARNING : Faldor has bad blood with Elmion since he is a rogue and Elmion is not. Be aware that Elmion may attack you if you speak to him - he did to me.


Spawn Timer after speaking to Elmion:

1st Attempt ~ 40 minutes 2nd Attempt ~ 50 minutes 3rd Attempt ~ 9.5 minutes 4th Attempt ~
