Mixed coments from Allakhazam have not borne out yet, but they say she spawns around the dragon skull and rib cage in Field of Bone. The two beetles that spawn there are 'a carrion shredder' and 'carrion shredder', one of these could possible be the placeholder, from the description of Carrion Queens path on Allakhazam I presume the placeholder is 'a carrion shredder'. Any Classic information on Carrion Queen would be better than nothing.
