Causes your opponent to fall into an enchanted sleep for up to 30 secs (5 ticks). This spell works on creatures up to level 57? (9.16 mana per second)
Note: Need confirmation this spell mezzes up to level 57 on P99 instead of 1-55 like every other mez, it may be broken.
This spell formerly had a -10MR resist modifier, but it was removed in 2014. [1]
