Cazic Touch
From Project 1999 Wiki
Otherwise known as "Death Touch", usually an instant cast by high level raid mobs with a 30 second refresh.
Its namesake, Cazic Thule (God) was the first NPC with this ability. Several others in Plane of Sky were also given it, such as Keeper of Souls, Spiroc Lord, Sister of the Spire, and the sphinxes on island 7.
