not sure why you deleted this.. but I think the names look cleaner when they all start with capital letters... it doesn't affect linking to the page and if it does can always take 2 secs to add a redirect..

Oh i put up an example of how to deal with multiple npc monsters from different zones with the same name... I intend to work on it some once a majority of the item / quest pages are made... I will make a push on npc monsters

here is a good way other mmo wikis have found to handle multi monster with same name
