Real Money Transfer

Real Money Transfers or "RMT" are when player A exchanges real life money (or something equivalent, like other goods or services) with player B for in-game platinum or items.
In order to create a level playing field and ensure that players "earn" their gear and don't buy it unfairly out of game, all RMT is forbidden on Project 1999, per the Play Nice Policy.
However, giving away platinum or other items, even of significant value, very much is allowed. Also giving away low level value items/amounts of platinum in exchange for community-related benefits (eg. bounties for wiki work) are also allowed.
