Note: This does NOT stack with other stun effects such as Adamantite Club. However, both can proc and deliver 60 DD simultaneously. It's also possible to 'stun-lock' consecutively if DEX is high enough (one proc simply replaces the other).
Also, parsing needs further testing to determine if DPS is slightly better than or equal to the reliable Tranquil Staff under similar conditions. Current results displayed a 1-3% increased dmg over T-staff with Baton in primary and AC secondary - June 2019
