Description

These pirates wander around Firiona Vie. They tend to avoid the areas with the Drachnids. Almost all of them carry a no-trade, and not value, Fine Steel Rapier. If you want to hunt them for the weapons look for 2 weapons or something beside a rapier. They seem to be Iksar, Human, Half-Elves, Barbarians or Dwarfs, all male.
