Wolf form makes brownies (and merchants) indiff. --Countytime (talk) 19:12, 27 November 2018 (UTC)

2020/01/12 After casting druid level 24 spell Wolf Form on my halfling I was still kos to the brownies. I wonder if it is druid level 34 spell Greater Wolf Form that works.

This seemed like useful information. not sure how accurate it is tho.

Enchanters can technically do business with them from level 8 I believe, a casting of Alliance from a distance should bring them to dubious, then in front of the merchants cast Minor Illusion and that'll make you indifferent. Best illusion though is the level 16 Treeform, which makes you amiable to them (after Alliance to get in). Although since neither form lets you move from vendor to vendor, and there's no difference in price from indifferent to amiable, I suppose there's no difference. *shrug* Didn't know about Elemental forms, but the first one comes at level 24 (Earth) and enchanters may want their Purify / Crystallize Mana spells before that.

On Green as a 15 Dark Elf Enchanter:
a brownie guard cons Threateningly. After casting Alliance, he still cons Threateningly.
a brownie merchant cons Dubiously. After casting Alliance, he still cons Dubiously. After casting Minor Illusion, he still cons Dubiously.
Needless to say, the other Illusions available at this level are no help.
A druid happened by in Wolf Form and I asked him to check for the spell Thicken Mana. He responded that it was missing from the merchants. Donkey Hotay (talk) 17:12, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
