Description

Zahal the Vile is a ghoul (not a Troll on p99) who is a trigger for Regis the Reverent. (Regis spawns at 1450, -1560 immediately upon Zahal's death). Zahal spawns at 1237, -2023 and paths west, usually dying in short order to other NPCs if a player doesn't get to him first. Zahal has a 4 hour respawn timer.
