Ok i turned in more than 100 light stones but less than 200.. probably around 150ish or so..

I went from scowling ready to attack on my dwarf (brell serilis only ever killed one neriak guard) to amiably... so it is significant faction hits.. I was expecting to need thousands to even move from scowling.

A good spot to find them is on the merchants in the karanas... people exp / solo on the wisps out there and i was able to find 60 lightstones on just one npc for example.. ( a day after a server down). Hope that helps all you faction builders out there. Jado818 00:01, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

P99 Green

Quest does not seem to be in the game yet (3 days after launch).

Clarification needed on the faction requirement for this quest. The main article states indifferent or higher is required, but a comment above mentions someone going from Scowling to Amiable using this quest.
