Netuk Phenzon is located in East Freeport at loc (-73, -287). Found in the "evil" area of East Freeport, Netuk can be found just past the hidden entryway to the underground tunnels beneath the city.
You say, 'Hail, Netuk Phenzon'
- Netuk Phenzon says 'Welcome, ______! Let us fill your heart with hate. May you carry that hate unto your fellow citizens. Innoruuk has need of your services. We have a [mission] for you.'
You say, 'What mission?'
- Netuk Phenzon says 'There is a man called Groflah Steadirt. He runs a weapons shop here in Freeport. Our sources tell us he was given a piece of parchment taken from one of our allies. Who that is is none of your business. We only require you to recover the parchment, which he no doubt has on him. End his life and return the note to me. Do not let me see your miserable face again until you have the parchment.'
Groflah Steadirt spawns in North Freeport at approximate location -16, +525 (on the upper floor of his namesake building, Groflah's Forger). Loot the Tattered Flier from his tired corpse and hand it back to Netuk in East Freeport.
- Netuk Phenzon says 'It is about time you returned! Innoruuk would be proud of the red you have spread upon the land.'
- Your faction standing with Dismal Rage got better.
- Your faction standing with Opal Dark Briar got better.
- Your faction standing with Knights of Truth got worse.
You gain experience!!
You receive 6 gold from Netuk Phenzon.
You receive the scroll Spell: Siphon Strength.
NOTE: It is believed an early version of this quest (and perhaps this is still the case on Green) led our adventurer to look for Groflah in a different location than noted above, as Netuk indicated that Groflah "frequents a bar here in Freeport during the early evening hours." This refers to Groflah's old haunt, the Seafarer's Roost, at the East Freeport docks.
