Noxhil V`Sek can be found on the top floor of the Lodge of the Dead in Neriak Third Gate.

You say, 'Hail, Noxhil V`Sek'

Noxhil V`Sek says, 'Greetings, _______! We of the Dead are proud to have you among us. Your lineage is well known. Still, you must learn to claw your way to the upper echelon. There are many [menial tasks] to be performed before you you can truly be inducted as a member.'

You say, 'What menial tasks?'

Noxhil V`Sek says, 'You cannot avoid the toil of peons. We have all spent our time in the lower ranks. There are duties such as [collecting beetles eyes] or [courier duties].'

You say, 'What courier duties?'

Noxhil V`Sek says, 'We require you to retrieve messages from our nearby agents. Periodically, you are required to contact the agent and ask if he has any messages for Neriak. If he does, you will return all correspondence to the designated party. Presently, we have enough runners. Here. You may see the list.'

Travel to West Commonlands to to find Kizdean Gix. He spawns at (-162, 262) near the toll booth (#9). If not there, he may be patrolling east/west along the southern road of the zone.

NOTE: There appear to be two versions of Kizdean that can spawn, one with a message for Neriak and one without.

You say, 'Hail, Kizdean Gix'

Kizdean Gix says, 'If you have business then out with it!! If not, then please be gone. I have little time to waste on chitchat!'

You say, 'Do you have any messages for Neriak?'

If Kizdean does NOT have a message for Neriak:

Kizdean Gix says, 'Inform the Dead that I have no further information at this time. I shall continue with my work as directed. Please return regularly, for I am expecting to break new ground.'

If Kizdean does have a message for Neriak:

Kizdean Gix says, 'It's about time a courier reached these wastelands of humanity. I have urgent news for the Dead. Take this message at once. Let no one stop you. Be on the lookout for the Feir'Dal [Silent Watch]! They have learned of our quest.'

• The first person is Kizdean Giz located in the Western Commonlands.
• The second person Cytodl Krish, is on the second floor of the Inn that is NE of the entrance to the High Hold Keep.
• I'm not sure where the third one is.
