Rarely spawns in place of low level monsters in the northeast area. Multiple spawn points exist.

Spawning Strategy:
Kill every fire beetle, decaying skeleton, skeleton, or brown bear in the valley. Each mob respawns on a 6:00 timer. A brown bear that is not a PH spawns at 2550,-1670. Any other brown bear is on the PH cycle. This PH brown bear has been sighted spawning at the known listed spawn points for Quid Rilstone. Quid Rilstone and his PHs appear to be on an 8m 30s spawn timer.
