Description

Named gnoll that respawns every 7 minutes in the heavy newbie area in front of North Qeynos and then charges the gate, only to be killed off by the guards outside. Factions are same as regular Gnolls[1].

Fippy is somewhat legendary among many EQ players for his courageous, yet futile attempts to destroy the Human empire which oppresses his people and ruins his lands. He may be the most notable and well-recognized character in EverQuest besides Firiona Vie. In 2011, Daybreak released a new progression server named after him (which has since been merged with the Vox server in 2020). As of 2019, Daybreak estimated that Fippy has died 350,640 times. [2]

In EverQuest 2 (set several generations after EQ1), some gnolls allude to him in various dialogues as a hero.
