Put all points in STA to start.
Race doesn't really matter unless you want to wear Robe of the Azure Sky someday. This robe is worse than a Chestplate of Vindication.
Religion also doesn't matter unless you want a set of colorful plate armor like Imbued Field Breastplate (Erollisi Marr)
Don't waste money on a good "Wind" instrument. The modifier affects nothing.
Choose a proc weapon for your off-hand.
This build has no See Invis item. Some options include the following.
- Qeynos Badge of Honor (Worn See Invis)
- Bracer of the Hidden (Casted See Invis)
