Description
Spawns immediately in place of Sentry Rotiart when exposed with the dispelling device and begins attacking the player. He is a belly caster, but otherwise not notably resistant to magic. Update - He may not be very resistant to most magic spells when used at the proper belly casting range but as far as I could tell he seems to be 100% immune to fear based spells. All other spells used during each attempt landed without any resistance.
Regarding above - all mobs above level 52+ are immune to fear.
