Upon creating a Gnome Warrior of Bertoxxulous, you will have a Stained Note in your inventory. The note reads as follows:

Upon handing the note to Naygog Mitope:
- Naygog Mitope says, 'This is fabulous news!! You have done well, young one. Here, then, is your reward for a job well done.'
- Your faction standing with Dark Reflection got better.
- Your faction standing with Eldritch Collective got worse.
- Your faction standing with Gem Choppers got worse.
- Your faction standing with Deep Muses got worse.
You gain experience!!
You also receive the Tin Patched Tunic*. Good luck, Cleric!
