There are two versions of this item. The first is obtained by giving a Damaged Goblin Crown to Natasha Whitewater. Identifies as Ornate Sea Shell (I). The second is obtained by giving Lord Gimblox's Signet Ring to Natasha Whitewater in Timorous Deep and identifies as Ornate Sea Shell (II). Additionally, if you do inventory Output, the "Ornate Sea Shell" from Natasha whitewater Lake Rathe is ID 28047, while the "Ornate Sea Shell" from Natasha Whitewater Timorous Deep is ID 28056.
