Some goblins are 12:40. (In the room on the right, the goblin on the right is 12:40, while the 2 across the room are 10:00).

If you look at the official EQ map of Highpass Hold, You will see this zone named High Hold Keep (HHK). That was, and still is, the abbreviation many still use.
