Description
This quest NPC is found near the EW zone line. He will not aggro from proximity.
He is immune to faction spells like Alliance; however, you can just go down the hall a short way and cast it on the nearest bearded (Kromrif) giant. If you have no other faction hits, this is enough to raise you to dubious with him.
He is level 1 and flurries, making him the lowest level flurry mob in the game.
