What's Great About the Cave(s)

Skulking Brutes are melee mobs with a low agro radius and fast (6:40) respawn time. There are two sets of brutes (2/3) in two separate, but connected, caverns.

Because they don't cast they're easy to fight, and you can safely go AFK just outside their cavern without having to worry.

Also, some brutes drop minor gems, eg. Ivory or Pearls.

Downsides

The main one is that it's popular: you'll often find either or both caves already taken.
