What's Great About the Cave(s)

Skulking Brutes are melee mobs with a low agro radius and fast (6:40) respawn time. There are two sets of brutes (2/3) in two separate but connected caverns.

Because they don't cast, they're easy to fight, and you can safely go AFK just outside their cavern without having to worry. Plus, with a < 7 min respawn, both the 2-spawn and 3-spawn caves can reasonably support a player.

Also, some brutes drop minor gems, eg. Ivory or Pearls.

Downsides

The main one is that it's popular: you'll often find either or both caves already taken.

Entrance

The cave entrance can be found at 3530, 3953, -100 Map Icon.png, but it can be difficult to find visually because of the Kunark trees.

I recommend following the northern shoreline until it reaches the wall, then backtrack just a bit, as the entrance is shortly before it. Make sure to look up at the mountain (ie. away from the water).

Quad-Kiting

If both caves are free, quad-kiters can easily get four mobs (I recommend starting with all of B3, then getting 1 from B2; the B3 mobs will run through walls, so they won't get you when you head back to the entrance from B2).

If only one cave is available, you can add 1-2 mobs from outside (or just "quad" only 2/3 mobs). There are both forest giants and goblin warriors available outside who wander down near the water, but there is also a goblin caster (don't get him!)

Bunching the Kite

To "bunch" the mobs, run in circles in the area between the cave and the wall (it's largely mob free).

Killing a Quad Kite

To avoid forest mobs, run along the shoreline. However, be careful, as a few mobs do path near the water, and also the shoreline sometimes cuts inward (so if you're not careful you can wind up running into the ocean ... with a quad behind you!)

If you reach the far shoreline (very possible if not using Spirit of the Wolf) you can make a somewhat shallow circle (don't go too far up or you might get an add) to reverse course, and then kite back toward the cave.

Finishing the Quad

When the mobs reach <20% health they will stop following you, scattering in different directions. Most will wind up in the water, which makes it a hassle to finish them off.

I recommend first killing any >20% mobs leftover at the end of the kite (or at last getting them <20%), and then using nukes, roots, or

to finish the mobs (or at least prevent them from entering the ocean until you can kill them).
