I created this for when people ask me about gearing a rogue.

This is what I would consider a good Rogue twink set. The focus here is Strength and then HP. Dex helps with leveling up melee skills but that's it. You don't want proc weapons

I set the base stats to 0 so you can see how much +str you get from the above set. You can upgrade or downgrade slots depending on your budget. If you can't afford some of the pieces look for an alternatives on the rogue wiki page. Get haste if you can afford it, if you can't get a TBB. You'll switch back to a TBB after your epic.
