Description
Cognoggin is a clockwork gnome belonging to the ancillary Faerie faction on Faydwer. He can be found endlessly working on a project at the gnome encampment just beyond the zoneline to Steamfont Mountains. Cognoggin was killed in the past due to his minor faction hits, ability to be solo-pulled, room to kite and almost zero possibility for adds; however, due to increases in overall game knowledge of the community in regards to viable hunting locations, Cognoggin has become only a garden piece.
