Chanda in Qeynos Hills makes bear hide armor. The better the piece, the more faction you need to get it.

I was able to obtain all 3 pieces at apprehensive standing.

Bear Hide Belt - 5 GP and Low quality bear skin

Bear Hide Boots - 15 GP and Medium quality bear skin;

Bear Hide Cape - 21 GP and High quality bear skin.

Buying one of the items also gives you the following faction adjustments:

• Your faction standing with Karana Residents got better.
• Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got better.
• Your faction standing with Priests of Life got better.
• Your faction standing with Knights of Thunder got better.
