Captain Keatar may be found at +440.57, -2992.67.
Captain Keatar tells you that the goblin raiders have been quite a nuisance to his trackers. Bring him proof that you have taken at least four of these beasts down and you will earn the respect of this outpost and insure your well being. The raiders and other goblins sometimes drop Goblin Raider Headbands. Bring him 4 and he will reward you with a minor item and the battlemaster quest.
