Walkthrough
Apparently Groflah Steadirt has a thirst for tumpy tonics. If you catch him at the Seafarers Roost in East Freeport and speak to him there he will tell you that he likes Tumpy tonics. He spawns at about 9PM if he is going to show at all, and despawns at 9AM. I have been told that he is more likely to spawn at the bar if you give him the Zimels Blades list when he is at his store. Tumpy Tonics are made with the brewing skill. There is also a quest for them in Kaladim.
Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs, list of rewards if any.
