Useful for removing damage shields on enemies. Reportedly not very much aggro on the proc, like Mark of Karn As of 9/3/2025 This seems to be bugged as the proc did not remove a damage shield from a Pox Scarab in Sebilis. On another Sepsis Scarab it removed the fire based DS but seemed to replace it with thorns that hit for between 23-30 damage.
