Description
Drops a key which allows entrance to Cobalt Scar from Skyshrine.
Has higher than normal hit points regen. He will Lay on Hands and heal himself at low health. Mobs won't initiate a heal on themselves unless something is within its melee range and it is 40% hp or less, you don't have to be out of its line of sight.
