on Qeynos Citizen faction; a placeholder for Faldor Hendrys Either not on this faction or there are two Qeynos Citizen Factions. My other notes suggest some/all beggars are on Unkempt Druids. Will verify by checking faction with known Unkempt Druid NPC. My Iksar shammy is Scowls to Citizens such as Menkes and indifferent to North Qeynos Beggar.
