Description
- a shady goblin says, 'If yer not my contact ya best be movin' on. Got no time to waste on ya.'
Spawns near Cabilis city, on the 2nd floor of a building (near Trooper Melzok's guarding area). A hotly-contested turn-in for Di`Zok ring quest line, which is currently handled under a player made agreement. Respawns every day, and no longer has variance.[2][3]
No OFFICIAL ruling set for how to handle if a quake. Otherwise follow player agreement. Roll, wait ten seconds, if anyone else shows up you should honor roll rules and whoever was higher wins. Have logs ready if you get petitioned.
