Description

This Dark Elf spawns in The Maiden's Fancy, on the stairs down to the lower level. He then paths between the bar area of the basement between one of the dancers (Mare X`Lottl), watches her for a bit, then paths back to the stairs. Did not reply when hailed at amiable faction to him.

Occasionally wields a Bronze Rapier (sells for 4pp) or a Bronze Dagger (4g).

Seems to be on Indigo Brotherhood. Likely -30 hit for killing him, unsure of the gains.
