Description

He is a mini-Cazic Thule, the god's avatar on the material plane. He has a fairly nasty harm touch.

It is thought that this is the former Cazic puppet from the Plane of Mischief, brought here by Cazic along with the Puppet Strings and given a new purpose here.

He can be found via the back temple, which is guarded by silvered guards. The placeholder is A lizard champion in the center of the bubble. The AoF (and placeholders) are on a 22 min timer.

Not the most susceptible foe to flattery. 3x Cajoling Whispers from my 222CHA lv42 Enchanter were resisted, while mez, root, slow, and nukes landed without a hitch. Might be immune to charm?

Lore

When Cazic-Thule wishes to spread fear directly in the world, he does not leave the Plane of Fear but creates the Avatar of Fear as his emissary. The Avatar of Fear looks exactly like Cazic-Thule but on a smaller scale: a giant hulk without a face on short, thick legs with broad feet; with two sets of arms, one huge and the other relatively small. The Avatar of Fear is far less powerful than Cazic-Thule himself, but it is still a fearsome foe in every way. Like its master, it loves to trample over smaller creatures. The avatar of Fear appears wherever Cazic-Thule desires his presence to be known, whether the throne room of Caballis or directing the devout in the Lost Temple deep in the Feerott.
