Calls down a hailstorm from the sky, causing three waves of 27 damage, up to a maximum of 4 targets hit. (0.435DPM per hit)
- Note: Rain nukes are limited to 4 hits total. Either you can hit the same mobs 3 times, you can hit 2 mobs twice each, or you can hit 4 mobs once each.
- You, the caster, are exempt from this. You will get hit with all 3 waves regardless of how many mobs you hit if you cast it on top of yourself
