Description

Edvard is located at (375, -499) in the yellow house next to the bank, across from the Office for the People in South Qeynos. Confirmed Scroll turn in works with dubious faction, hail him and check to make sure he gives you the quest. Someone suggested that killing him gives you + faction to QeynosCitizen, which was confirmed on p99 5/11/24. For a discussion of how to raise his faction see this thread in the forum

Hansl Bigroon paths by and is on the same faction, but is much lower level, so shouldn't intervene if you are high enough to kill Tommels. At Amiably the Caster Guild Master's did not assist him against me. There are 2 guards who can path by, a corrupt who did not assist at amiable and a non corrupt. A key thing here is Edvard's spawn is right by a zoneline (Qeynos Aquaducts) so any unwanted aggro or other issues can be zoned. Dark blue to a 41 Shaman and went down easily.
