Description
Jaled'Dar's spirit slumbers in his crypt in the Dragon Necropolis. He was of the First Brood and the leader of the break away faction the Ring of Scale. A believer in the dominance of dragonkind over all others he sympathized with those who stood by Kerafyrm (The Sleeper). Departing Velious he and the Ring of Scale made a new home in Kunark where they warred with the Iksar Empire. Jaled'Dar met his end over the Field of Bone where he and Emperor Ganak destroyed one another in a battle of dragon fire and dark magic.
Bitter, he seeks to have the seal preventing Kerafyrm's awakening destroyed and a new age of dragon dominance over Norrath.
He is KOS to any form of skeleton illusion.
Casts Cazic Touch, Mana Shroud, Cacophony, and Dragon Roar in case you feel like trying to raise your Trakanon faction.
